The Location of the St Antonio villa is set on 30 hectares of lush green countryside near the natural thermal springs of Tivoli.

Until the 15th century this land was cultivated by a religious order of monks dedicated to the work of Saint Antonio, and thus the name of the villa.

In the early 900’s the estate became the very beautiful country villa that it is today and the same family, genation after generation, have maintained its beauty.

Surrounded by a beautiful circular garden one finds the beautiful main fountain with gently floating lillies and the fabulous views of the Majestic villa ahead. The villa includes a stunning terrace perfect for cocktail hour, lunches or dinners and an internal court yard both cool in summer and private, as it is set behind the villa amongst the Ice fountains.

Inside the villa you will find 2 ancient stately ball rooms complete with original grand fireplaces and stunning frescos, perfect for wedding receptions or conferences. There is also a handsome library, meeting rooms and an intimate dining room and seven stately bedrooms for guests . The converted farmhouse outside, that in the 1950’s was famous for breeding horses for which many a competition was won, can hold up to 600 guests for dinner or lunch.
